Book Your Retreat

• A non-refundable deposit of $600 is due at registration to reserve your space.

• Receive a $333 discount if you pay-in-full by August 1, 2024.

• To be officially registered for the retreat, please complete these 3 steps:

1. Make payment via Venmo HERE (friends and family to avoid additional fees) or Credit Card HERE. If payment is made via Credit Card please add an additional 3% processing fee to your total. Contact Sherrie to pay via check.

2. Sign the retreat agreements page (coming soon).

3. Complete the retreat information form (coming soon).

• Your room will be reserved for 24 hours until the these three steps are completed. Once these three steps happen you will be officially registered for the retreat!

• Once you book your flight, please send Sherrie your flight information.

• Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given after payments are made for the March 14-21, 2026 Costa Rica Yoga Love Sanctuary Retreat. Due to arrangements made with Embody Costa Rica, there can be no exceptions to this policy. After the deposit is made upon registration, 50% of the remaining balance is due by August 1, 2025 and full payment is due October 1, 2025 unless prior arrangements have been made and authorized.  In case of cancellation, you may transfer your deposit or your reservation to another person as long as you notify me at least 30 days in advance of the program.  Please contact Sherrie if you need special timing on payments. All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver and agreement to the cancellation policy to register and attend the retreat. This helps to ensure that we all understand these agreements. Thank you! I HIGHLY recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance. Travel insurance companies like TRAVEL GUARD or insuremytrip.com offer policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverages), coverages for expenses incurred due to to weather & travel delays, personal property loss and emergency travel medical.  Please review policies carefully to choose the coverage you need.
